Super User burleytog Posted October 10, 2008 Super User Posted October 10, 2008 Beast and I heading to Jimzee's place tonight after the ball game to do a little fishing this weekend. I come home from work this morning, get my stuff packed, get in bed to catch a few winks. 8 hours later, I'm dog tired after tossing and turning all morning. I may have slept about 4 hours. Just couldn't get my brain to turn off. Helluva time to not sleep when I'll be driving 5 hours tonight. Guess it's time to shotgun a six pack of Red Bull. Quote

Super User Jimzee Posted October 10, 2008 Super User Posted October 10, 2008 Just spoke with AJ and Booten on the phone, they are on a smallmouth dropshot bite right now. I'll be waiting for you guys to get here. Take turns driving so you can rest. Quote

Bassboss Posted October 11, 2008 Posted October 11, 2008 Full Throttle it's got more caffeine! ;D Quote
Low_Budget_Hooker Posted October 11, 2008 Posted October 11, 2008 Try real energy instead of a chemical supplements Berries, oatmeals, sardines, chocolate (can elevate your energy levels by way of certain bioactive compounds such as tyramine and phenylethylamine),almonds, red meat (if you have commonly low iron) etc. One quick fix I have tried and liked is the new 5 hr energy shots. Not a jittery, nerve riddling caffeine high, just feels like you got some good sleep. Quote

I keep hearing good things about it and would like to buy a bottle or 2 for emergency purposes. Quote
