I am wondering... Has anyone here ever pranked their friends, relatives or random people? and how did you do it? I pranked my sister once, I knew she was afraid of spiders so I hid a hairy rubber tarantula in her bed and I knew when she found it. We lived in a split foyer home and I was upstairs in my room with the tv on and I heard her scream all the way downstairs lol! She chased me all throughout the house!

Anyway, here's a few prank links...

I set my college roommate's desk clock and watch and my desk clock one hour fast.

When his alarm went off at "6:30 AM" for his 7 AM class, it was really 5:30 AM.

He got up, put on his clothes, gathered up his books and walked out the door.

About 30 mintes later I heard his footsteps walking down the hallway very slowly.  He came into the dorm room and sat on his bed and said, "You got me."

All I could do was laugh.

He said we was across campus wondering where everyone was and why it was so dark when he heard the Camponelli's chimes ring and he knew he had been had.

One of the best pranks I ever pulled.  He still remembers it to this day and it happened in 1965.

Another prank that occured in the old football dorm before I got to LSU was with our quarterback.

His room was on the 2nd floor of Broussard Hall and the guys got a fake snake and put it in his bed.  When he saw it that night he jumped out of the dorm window and landed in the bushes below.

Lucky for him, the other guys and the team he was not hurt.

yea, college was fun.

55 gal trash can in the shower.  Fill 1/2 way with water, place in front of enemies door and lean it so it rests against the door.  When he opens it,  30 gallons at his feet.

Start at end of hallway with clothesline.  Tie to doorknob.  take line and now attach to next diagonal door down the hall and continue, door to door, diagonally, till out of line.

Album cover (Yes, I'm old)  fill with baby powder, slip open end under door and stomp on it.  Fills room with smokey powder.

Move EVERYTHING in room to opposite side.  Posters, everything.  Room is same but completely backwards.

Low Budget,

You have some great ideas.

I knew about the water in the trash can but was too scared to pull that one off.

As for the baby powder in the album cover, that is a classic.

Other than having let an armadillo loose in the LSU liabriary during my senior year I have not had the pleasure of measuring up to your pranks.

Toilets

1.  wesson oil on the toilet seats

2.  lift ring seat, cover toilet w/ saran wrap, stretch tight enough so there are no wrinkles, lower ring.  Works best in women's bathrooms.

There's always the classic where you put an elastic around the grip of the spray hose on the sink and point it towards the user.

But,..Be careful pranking....

Bummer

Dude that is horrible!! Wrong 'hood' to prank someone!

There are plenty of pranks that go wrong, here are a few other examples:

Back in the day, I worked at K-mart sporting goods.  After work one night, a few guys tied a shopping cart to this girl's VW.  We completely expected her to see it behind her after a few feet and stop.  She hit the highway and we had to chase her down in a truck to get her to stop.  Man, you should have seen the sparks fly!  Needless to say that cart was toast.

I tied several soda cans with a long mono line to the hub of a friends motorcycle, as the wheel would turn the cans would get closer, he saw them, got scared and gassed it causing the cans to catch him even faster. It worked well. 8-)

In high school, my sister and I got into a bit of a "pictures" war.  We had all had our school pictures taken, but my mom was slow in getting a frame for my little sister's 8x10, so she placed hers in my frame.  I took it out and replaced it with a picture of a particurally nasty looking bug from a science magazine.  She then put a fake moustache and glasses on my pic.  I ended it by taking one of her wallet sized pics and taped it to the milk carton with the words: "Have you seen me?  If so, do not alert anyone, but run her down instead."

Another time, we had just finished golfing with a friend's dad.  When we were done, we got into his Jetta, me in the middle of the back seat and my friend in the passengers seat.  To be a tool, when he put in his seat belt, I pushed the button and relased it.  We're driving down the road now, and he put the belt back in, not realizing I had released it, so I did it again.  After the third time, he got very frustrated and started saying something like, "What the...".  His dad asked what's wrong and he said the seat belt was broken.  He puts the belt in the latch and, miraculously, it stayed... until a minute later when I released it again.  Now, my buddies in the back were catching on, but my friend in the front just got more frustrated to the point where his father pulled the car over and put the seat belt in himself, and tugged on it a few times.  "Nothing wrong with that belt," he said.  A few minutes later I pushed the button again and you should have heard the yelling at this belt, at which point we in the back couldn't control the laughter anymore and the joke was over.  I wasn't allowed to ride with him or his father ever again...

LBH, shaving cream in an album jacket works very well too ;)

In college, we also used to "penny doors" which was to cram a bunch of pennies into the gap on a closed door until there was so much pressure on the catch that the door can't open.  Sucks for the guy trapped in his room on the 5th floor.  Just remember, though, what goes around, comes around...

Ditto lol!

I will certainly use a few at my high school. Just take seran wrap and spread it over the urinal in the boys bathroom and wait for the prey to use it. I will never get caught because I will spread it early before everyone gets there and then leave instantly lol!  ;D

Or, zip tie someone's backpack lol!  ;D ;D ;D
