Today I was at the car wash cleaning the salt residue off of my

truck. About midway through the wash I kind of started laughing to

myself....

Only a Northerner would be out washing their truck (manually, not a drive through)

when it is 23 degrees outside.   :o

Hey, it looks good again.  lol  Had to get it cleaned before the next 4-6 inches of snow

comes down tomorrow.

Ya, it looks good until you get home and see that the water has frozen onto your car and the salt residue is all over your car again.  ;D I've had that happened to me lot's of times up here in the dead of winter.

I take it you have never went bass fishing and had to dodge chunks of ice floating down the river? :)

In the winter we don't have chunks of ice on the river. We have ice with a couple spots

of water.  lol

Actually, the Mississippi River isn't all the way frozen because we had a long warm snap. I

don't think it will take long now.

JT, the 'ssippi up here in Minnesota pool 2 is frozen over.  The part that runs through Minneapolis-St. Paul.

Only a Southerner would lower the front windshield on his jeep so the bugs don't splat all over it.

Excellent source of protien.

I don't think it will be much longer for us. We got more snow today and the temps

are only in the low 20's. It was icing over pretty good back around Christmas, but

when we got the warmer temps it thawed back out.

Yo guys the salt residue is good stuff! You can take it off with a firm bristle brush and put it in your GYCB bait bags and give your plastics a extra salty finnish! The salt from the front hood is enough to marinate 4 bags of 6" senkos!

;D ;D ;D ;D

Now that is funny.
