Headed up to PA over the weekend to go to the Spring Fishing Classic at the Harrisburg store. Bait Monkey hit me pretty hard while I was there! LOL! Kevin Van Dam was also there! I got a chance to get him to autograph my Quantum visor and got a pic taken with him! He also gave a 45 minute seminar on spinnerbaits and lipless cranks! What an AWESOME experience! Here's a couple pics I took. Enjoy!

I seen you guys there I was wearing a strike king hoodie and a phillies cap. That was cool meeting KVD seems like a great guy. hopefully some of his skills rubbed of on us lol.

Dang! Did you recognize me there or did it hit you when you saw my pics? If it was the first, you should've come over and say hi!

I hear ya on his skills rubbing off! I shook his hand twice hoping that would happen! LOL! Great guy indeed! Love the enthusiasm he put into his seminar. Found it very motivating!

Sorry you weren't able to make if Joe! It would have been great to see you again!

Nice!  I met him at the Blue Ridge Brawl (Elite Series Tour) last year at Smith Mountain Lake in Moneta, Va.  I was in the marshal program.  Got his autograph, along with Shaw's and a couple others.  It's just super cool to meet these guys, especially when they have time to talk for a bit.  I would have loved to been there for that seminar!

My fault, just went through the texts and I must have missed it.

Ah, no big deal.  I saw him and Brauer the day before in Philly.   :D

Ok, you had me starting to doubt myself on whether I did send it or not! LOL!

Did you get any pics/autographs when you saw them in Philly?

Brauer was really cool and approachable.  Walked right up to him and he signed one of my Rage Tail stickers.

Got a long distance pic of KVD when he first showed up.  He seemed to be MUCH less approachable.

I spent the majority of my time at the Megastrike booth with Bobby and his minions.  Those guys are all freakin' nuts...

No kidding? See I have the exact opposite feeling on those two. Saw Denny at the '05 Classic in Pittsburgh and barely got 3 words out of him, seemed very distant to me. Kevin was great with the limited time I had getting his autograph and pics.

Basser, you going up to BR Erie trip this year? I also want to go over and fish Raystown again this summer. When I go to Raystown, I'll be calling Wayne so he can teach me some of his swimbait skills.  ;D

Maybe meet up with us then.

LOL, my swimbait "skills" amount to having equipment to throw the stuff.

Beyond that, I make no promises.   ;D

Hey Joe,

I honestly hadn't followed the Erie get together.  :-[  I'll have to check it out and see if that's an option for me to make that.

I'm trying to work out the numbers and all that to see if I can do the Pickwick trip.

Raystown is definitely an option I'd say! Keep me posted and as long as I don't have my daughter when you plan to go, I'd be up for that for sure!

Hey speed, do not let him fool you I asked him about posting the fact that KVD was coming to Harrisburg and he said no way he wanted the shortest lines possible there.  :-X That being said hey basser when are you going to e-mail those pictures to us your cousin is waiting for them.  Please send them soon.

Maybe you need a reminder of one of those workouts I put you through in the past?  :D  Btw, week 2 went much better!

I remember those workouts very well, especially when a doctor tells me that I have the joints of a 70-80 year old man.  And I am not 40 just yet.
