seguar invizx.that said i'm not nuts about flouro.one good backlash and you have 20 dollars worth of garbage.tried it for a whole season and invizx was the most castable flouro i found.

Avoid Berkley Vanish like the plague.

My favorites are Trilene 100% and Sunline FC Sniper. InvizX is also good.

;D  ;D  ;D I've been using Vanish for 6 years now....this will be my 7th.. Never had a problem. Of course, I'm using spinning equipment, not casting, but I don't think I'd have a problem with that either.

Trilene 100% offers the best combination of strength, abrasion resistance and manageability.  If they offered that line in a fluorescent version, it would be pretty much all I use.

BPS XPS fluorocarbon isn't a bad line, but tends to be a bit stiffer than the Trilene.  It also tends to 'shear' quite a bit more than any other fluorocarbon I've used.  When the line breaks, it tends to separate.  Kind of like what a roll of scotch tape does if you just scrape up one side of the tag end and try to pull the tape off the roll.

I use BPS floro with my baitcasters, it's a little on the stiff side but manageable enough for this application and it's reasonably priced for florocarbon. You can get 800 yards of the 14 & 17 lb. test for $69.99. I now use Trilene 100% for my spinning reels, extremely impressed with this line.

I agree with Burly. All the other flouro lines are done after one backlash. Trilene 100% isn't. More bang for you $buck$.
