A DD is just hard to wrap my head around. Those are not the same species we have here. Those are actually Alabama Bass, native to the Mobile River basin and moved all over hell. The northern spotted bass is native to the MS river drainage, including the Missouri, Ohio and Tennessee River systems. Drew Gregory had a great podcast about the black bass species with Steve Sammons from Auburn University. 2 Quote
