Picked this up today after calling all over the state found it at cabelas of all places.  Said they can’t order any trolling motors nor do they know when they will show up. Most places on line are sold out also.  Glad I got this or my new boat would have been useless this year

There are a bunch on the bay.

I bet.  They are probably the best thing since sliced bread.  I can use it for bass and walleye fishing.  When I get a bigger boat In a couple of years I can just put it on it.

Not sure what you are saying. I said there are a bunch of trolling motors for sale on ebay. You acted like you got the last one on earth. Just saying that there are plenty available.

This is a funny misunderstanding I think...

You said "there are a bunch on the bay". I think the OP thought you were saying a lot of people have them out there on "the bay" so they must be the best thing since sliced bread. i.e. a good motor.

I called north woods and franks they had zero of them doesn’t matter make or model . Transom or bow mounted. Went to Hicks and they have zero In fact they won’t even talk about them. This was cabelas last one And it was hidden in the back. They have 2 left in Michigan.  Online same thing. Nobody can order them nor do they know when they can get them again.

Tried 2 places on line that said they had them. only to get emails a couple of hours later saying that they were back ordered

guy at cabelas says he doesn’t have fish finders.  It is starting to be they can’t even order rod and reels .

I was just at D&R and I think they had an open box one of these.

Where is that ? I don’t need it now but, for the future.  I’m sure you can find 1 or 2 motors here and there at the smaller shops.

editv: D&r is in Kalamazoo area ? I’ve always wanted to check that place out
