Gosh….really never though I would be doing this that much...I mean fishing from the back of boat....especially when I have a new one in the garage.  Vexus 1880...  This morning the ol body is kind of shakey...not sure why....chemo...steroids...blood sugars…."C" word ...don't want to dwell on it so thought would take my mind off a bit and chat. Having my first cup and getting ready to go to the lake with my ol boss and his dad....awesome.  They got some new tackle and want to check it out and invited me...humbled.  Going to take two rods.....WOW...a first.  A senko and a senko rigged two ways.  I've been doing pretty amazing with these baits since the no treble rule....learning some patience in my fishing...not a strong suit to be sure.

Went yesterday too....strength has been good …. soooooo.  Fishing was good yesterday and the water warmed almost five degrees....fishing just got better and better...nothing big...but lots of tugs.  Imagine the lake will have a bunch of people today....air temps in the high seventy's. Water temps in mid sixty's.  May your be blessed

Happy you enjoyed your time on the water.

We've had a considerable amount of cold rains here in the mountains of VA and water temps have plummeted, 50* yesterday when I checked and same lake was 61* 2 weeks ago......lock jaw. Lol

Off to Chic this morning....guess the lake was pounded this weekend...but then it's always pounded!!  Will fish the TRD and the four inch senko....see if any are left that want to bite.  Supposed to be a purty day.

Ya know...this back seat stuff ain't all bad...especially when the boater is curtious  and doesn't hug the bank.  As mentioned we went to Chickamaga yesterday again....wasn't too crowded at all.  My biggest was pushing six and friend a a solid fiver.  All told maybe twenty fish or more of all sizes.  Was fun.  In looking back as we drove home we could of done much better but we fished water "we" wanted to catch fish in....not where fish were.  But all wonderful....beautiful day...good fishing...good lunch...good friend....am truly blessed to be able to get out.  Tonight is a Tuesday niter with my son...not sure how many the good Lord is gonna give me but....dang....got up this morning so this means I guess I got another day....whoooohoooooo
