Looking for advice on various soft plastic set ups.  I have a dedicated 7 foot Senko type weightless baitcaster, a 7 foot wacky set up on a spinning reel, and a 7'3 baitcaster set up for pitching weighted beaver style baits.  Looking for other ideas.  I know it depends a lot on what someone is fishing for but wondered what set ups you have.

My plastics setup is a MegaBass OrochiXX Brailist with a Tatula SV TW.  I use it for both weighted and weightless  plastics.

7Ft Falcon LowRider in MH/All Around/MF Action

Shimano 201HG with 40lbs 832.

I bought this set up recently for bank fishing here in SE Louisiana. I needed enough back bone to get them out of the veggie gardens they live in.

I toss a TON of Senkos on this rig:

Gamatsu EGW 3/0

1/16oz tungsten bullet

Bobber stop on top

It is just enough weight to get it through the grass.

I am super basic and use 6'6" and mostly 7' MH and medium BPS Carbonlite rods for every thing except for a KVD spinner bait rod, a KVD frog rod A Rick Clunn top water rod and an old Gander Titanium cranking rod.  All plastic are on MH 7' rods.

Loomis 843c with a Daiwa Tatula SV 103, 30lb braid to 15lb leader.

I run my baits both pegged and unpegged.

This rig can also cast weightless Senko/stick baits well too.

Under 1/8 oz weight - Dobyns Champion 693c

1/8-3/8 - Falcon Cara 6’10” Heavy

3/8 - 3/4 - Kistler H3 7’3” Heavy

3/4+ - Im in transition currently trying to determine which direction to go

12-20lb Seaguar flouro up to 3/4 99% of the time. I use Red Label and Invisx on the Dobyns and Falcon. Kistler has 20lb Abrasx currently

Also I throw shakey heads on a 6’8”  MXF Croix LTB with 10lb Invisx. Typically my jerkbait rod but it just does so well with the shakey head

Oops!

Mike built me the ULTIMATE Senko rod. It is a dedicated stick for the Fat Ika and Senko.

PERFECT in every way!

Didn't know I needed a dedicated rod.  :(  I've used several of my rods for plastics.

Mine aren't dedicated to just a specific thing...other than the ML rig. The rest do multiple duty - the MH Baitcaster is also my spook rig, the M Spinning rig doubles for jerkbaits...etc, etc, etc.

All of them?  Around 60.  From what you have, you might add a cranking stick or punching set up.  Otherwise, you could upgrade what you have, if that's all you need.
