So I bought my step dad a livescope for his birthday.   Got it all hooked up and out on the water last week.   Couldn't see anything and had this huge bar at 10 foot forward.   Here called Garmin they said the unit was no good and sent another one.   Forward to today.   Got the second one hooked up and same thing!

No way in hell two units in a row are broke.   It's mind boggling.   Another thing I can see my lure when using it but I can see my lure 2-4 different places at once on the screen all moving in unison.  Sometimes the lure is moving under the ground lol.  Anyone have any issues like this.   Terribly disappointing spending $1,500 and hours on a boat then getting a replacement then dealing with the same thing.

Haven’t had any of those problems, but then again I always have a certified dealer do the install.  That way if there are issues, they problem

solve with Garmin and determine a solution.

Trying to figure out how to downsize photos from my phone.   Thanks for your reply.

Up until a couple IPhone updates ago I just emailed the pictures to myself to downsize.

I've been running Livescope in a DIY portable bundle on my kayak and the ice for almost a year now and haven't had any of the issues you've described. Can you tell us a bit more about your installation? (Wiring, power source, etc)
