Looking to get a new 1000 size Daiwa to use mostly for panfish. I'll have two spools, one with 3 and one with 6 lb mono for different scenarios. Looking for something light and smooth, and just looking to get the best bang for my buck in a reel. Don't need anything super expensive for this rig, it'll be handling panfish up to a few pounds.

Tatula lt, weighs the same as the ballistic in the size you want.

Put quite a few hours on the Tat Lt last year and loved it. Just bought a Legalis which feels nice but have not had it out yet.
