Super User NorthernBasser Posted March 5, 2019 Super User Posted March 5, 2019 I had pretty good success with these last year (not the jr). Mainly with a slow, steady retrieve thru or around pads. Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted March 5, 2019 Global Moderator Posted March 5, 2019 I liked the full sized. I was pumped to hear they were making a Jr. I still wish they'd get rid of the Trokars though. I stole the hooks out of my regular Pad Crashers and put it in my Toadrunners. Better hook ups and didn't slice my frog up. 1 Quote

Last season was first season in my lifetime that I truly done some frogging. I put some honest effort into it. And reaped some rewards and found out where some nice fish were even though I didn’t hook up. Over the winter I’ve worked on getting a few things to go at it even more serious. Good luck. Quote

Never mind the frog, those hooks slice my thumbs up. It happens about every 100th time I go to squeeze the water out of them. Are the tails smaller on the Jr's? I would love to try a smaller/lighter tail on the full sized ones. Quote
Super User FishTank Posted March 7, 2019 Super User Posted March 7, 2019 I got give those a try when the time comes. They just look like fun. Quote
