I have both models and each has their benefits, If given the option I would choose the 70 over the 200. The 70 is much smaller and very easily palmable and really excels when throwing lighter baits, but also performs well throwing jerkbait.  That said I think the 70 is a huge improvement over the 200i for any application you would want to use it for.
