But I use my gear regularly and minus a rod hurts, so I cant wait for a sale

Call Dobyns and see if they have a refurbished fury in the action and power you want.  Might get it cheaper and not be out full amount of money if you don't like it!

Tried that one and its not working on my end.

I used that code in the past few years, and its no longer working for me either. Let me know if anyone finds a new one...

I'm trying a 7'0 MH/F Fury

Just took mine out for the first time on Saturday.  Fun little rod.  Not sure what you were planning to use it for, but you won't not like it.

Bout to order me a dobyns rod at tacklewarehouse, any codes?

Check eBay. Sometimes you can make an offer on a brand new Dobyns rod and they’ll accept it if it’s reasonable.

BPS just offered a really good deal on a combo.  Carbonlite 2.0 rod of your choice with a Carbonlite bait cast reel for $99.99.  Heck the rod alone is $120 and I have four of them I consider really nice, light weight rods.   Incredible comfortable handles.  I do not have the reel, but love those rods.

My apologies fellow anglers, the flyer says either or.  Geez, no wonder I thought it was a really good deal LOL

I just got a 10% off coupon from ebay.  Looks like they might be targeted, so you may or may not get the deal. TAKETENOFF

I ordered a Fuego CT

I know it's a given but just wanted to give everyone a heads to check out your local Boat/RV shows this winter.

A local online retailer that I don't think is to be mentioned here had crazy deals again at their booth at our Boat show this past weekend. Last year they were selling the white Duckett rods (sorry don't know the model) B1G1. I wasn't interested in those but come to find out they were doing the same deal on all their Loomis rods. ?

I ending up grabbing several IMX pros last year and used them a couple times but the monkey was strong and I ended up selling them to upgrade to NRX's.

Well, supposedly that didn't go over all too well last year so this year they switched it up. They had all Loomis rods 30% off and if you bought an E6X or IMX pro you got a $50 gift card. If you bought a GLX or NRX you got a $100 gift card.

Or.........if you bought a GLX or NRX for full retail they'd throw in a free Curado DC for each rod bought.

They also had steep discounts on ALL line and baits they brought to the show.

So, visit your local shows and I bet you'll find some deals.

Heading to the Boat, Sport and Travel show this weekend here in Indy. Hopefully they will have some good deals.
