Buying Pros Boats

Ok so I was wondering where you find the posting for these. I've read that most already have buyers. Some bass pros have them for sale. Or local marinas. But I've never seen one. 2 people in my current club have pros old boats. One is Ish Monroe's old boat and the other was Jason Williamson's. They both got them for great prices pretty decked out.

Probably the FLW guys are your best source for a boat, not many of them are given boats. Many of the not so well sponsored guys have to buy their boats from the manufacture at basically manufactures cost. With that big discount, they try to sell them at the end of the season for close to what they paid, some do, some are not so lucky.

The 2 guys in my club got them for a ridiculously low price. Well low for them and for the boat itself. I just never actually see them for sale anywhere.

I have marshaled in a few pros boats in the past. Bernie Schultz takes particularly good care of his boat and I discussed the process of selling them at the end of the year. He says he usually sells them by word of mouth before the end of the season.

However, last year he didn't have it sold by the AOY Championship and he told me what he would start at for price. If I had that cash, I would have owned a 2014 ranger z520c fully rigged with 250 Merc Pro XS soon after that day.

I found out that if you go to their personal pages a lot of them have their boats. Justin Lucas has his 2015 basscat for 57,500 On my way! Has his for 37,500

My fishing partner has Jason Williamson's 2014 z-9.  He got a really good price.

They were all over facebook earlier this year. Saw ummm, Dean Rojas, Edwin Evers, Josh Bertrand, and I think Justin Lucas. At least 3 more too, but I can't remember who. Just "like" all their facebook pages and they post them in the off season. Good prices. I don't know if I'd exactly want one because they dog them pretty good, but then again - I kind of want one since they keep them in tip-top shape. Hell, I was watching a Gerald Swindle video yesterday where he claims "I change my lower unit oil after every tournament!" Essh!
