I know where to get airbrush paint online but where can I get stuff fast when I need it. Like what stores carry paint that I can use to airbrush lures?

I use HOK paint but the paints don't have to be that good at the stores. I just want something I can get quick when I need it. Besides hobby stores, don't have any near by.

Thanks

i've seen Testor's paint at craft stores like Michael's but i know some people that just buy acrylic craft paint from walmart or the craft store (small bottlel for 50 cents) and thin it with windex until it is thin enough to spray. the blue color of windex doesnt affect the color of the paint.

Does acetone work to thin that stuff?

Also do you really think there is a difference in using high dollar paint like HOK and other paints other than the color? I mean say I found a color that I like in some cheap stuff and used it. Isn't it really more about the clear coat? That's my impression so far.

acrylic craft paint is waterbased, so there is no need to thin it with acetone. you can thin acrylic with water or windex.

as for your other paint questions, i really cant answer them because i dont have an airbrush so i dont know anything you're talking about  ;)
