Mind if I ask where you ordered them from? I love fishing "rat" topwaters. Have several, my new favorite is CL8 baby possum. Thx.

I picked up a large bettencourt rodent recently, I can't wait to throw that thing!

The LT mouse is awesome but I will admit the bbz1 rat is in a different category more in th swimbait class

That's correct. The mouse is no different than a frog to me. You can throw it on just about any combo within reason. The spro rat is 2.5oz and should be thrown on a swimbait combo made for heavy baits.

that top rat does look like a frog bait and that bottom reminds me of like a MS slammer or something like that....  wild looking rat on the bottom, but i like that!

I might pick one up to try. The finish doesn't seem durable from the few outings I've seen reported.

You can tell as soon as you take it out of the box. Feels like you could scrape it off with your fingernail. Maybe using a spray clear would help it out a bit.

I'm not understanding that whole deal. I ordered mine from TW last Mon and it arrived Wed. There are people who ordered before they got the first batch in and those guys still don't have one.

It may depend on the color, I ordered the Morning Dawn color during the Black Friday sale and it shipped on Thursday.

You ordered it in Nov and it shipped Thurs. I ordered my morning dawn Mon and had it Wed. Doesn't exactly seem right to me.

Instead of waiting on TW to get them in stock, just pay 2 dollars more and get it from Spro.

That's an idea but most people don't just buy 1 thing when they're on TW. I know I cant.

Ha! Well then, you make a great point.

I'm not sure how well it would work on MI bass but I bet the pike & musky would like it.

I seen a guy using the larger mouse. From shore he casted it into tree branches and worked it slowly like it was walking on the branches. Then he splashes it in the water. He was pulling out bass after bass. These baits work awesome.

I got mine from our local tackle store. He got 6 of them in on Thursday and did like he normally does when he gets a new bait in, called and asked if I wanted him to hold any for me.
