Found this floating in a pond today attached to a stick. It looks like the hooks were upgraded and it has a sticker of a bass jumping in its eyes wondering if you guys know what kind it is.

jeff is right, yamamoto for sure.  careful when/if you replace the hooks that you replace with the right size.  those particular poppers seem pretty sensitive to the right size hook.  i put 1 size too big on it once and it turned into a sub-surface lure.

What size hooks should I put on it I'm gonna use it. It cost like 8 bucks

i honestly do not know the right size.  they come with mustad triple grips, but i could not tell you the right size.  perhaps someone else can chime in or maybe the google machine can help.

That's a good score, some fresh hooks and you'll be good to go.

Check online for the correct hook size. I have turned a lot of floaters into sinkers by putting on hooks that are too big.

Love those poppers, I've had a lot of luck with those! Gotta remove the split ring in the mouth first.
