Super User Munkin Posted January 27, 2007 Super User Posted January 27, 2007 Not sure about the removal of the old paint part? But, just about any paint can be used to re-paint them if you use Devcon 2ton epoxy over it. Allen Quote
mikel7 Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 soak em overnight in laquer thinner that should remove the paint or at least make it easy to rub off. i powder painted some of mine, it worked pretty good. Quote
detroit1 Posted September 6, 2007 Posted September 6, 2007 Hey Tacoman - Munkin is right...it doesn't matter what kind of paint you use, just coat it with Devcon - 2 ton. This past winter i started to repaint some of my old or new-ugly cranks and jerks , and tried spinnerbait heads too. It works great and now i paint my my drop shot & worm weights also. Quote
