hello

I have a PX-R on the way and an abu villain ML

To mate it with

I plan to use PP 15lb red

Plan to throw small worms and finesse plastic primarily Mabye a pocket frog in open ish water

Sound good ?

Not really, 15# braid sounds like a nightmare on a baitcaster with dig ins.  I'd go 30# or better, but really, I'd prefer something like 6 or 8# fluoro, like Tatsu.

X2.  Have 6# mono on my finesse reels.  Received Alphas with 30# braid.  Had dug in.  Haven't used it enough since to know if it will dig in again on snags, but I know I have no problems with 40# braid.  Realize some have no problem with 15# braid, but would seem to me that extra care must be taken to assure the line is tight on the spool at all times.
