Wrong....it has nothing to do wit the government sticking their nose in, it has to do with a group of people having a suit against the name of redskins, not the logo, and the government then is involved as far as trademark goes. Doesn't mean the Redskins have to change their name but if upheld, which it won't as it hasn't been in the past, it means anyone can use the redskins name and make money without paying royalties... False. There are still common laws protecting the name against any and everyone producing bootleg redskins items.
