Banned-99884 Posted February 20, 2014 Author Posted February 20, 2014 Still searching for a jig Rod?Yes trying to find the best rod, these too are the last rods I'm looking at, also I'm sure I'm not the only one that has though about these too so I post it to the forums! Thanks, One more thing I have a Dobyns champion and I can't recall if you use dobyns... I have a 701 for dropshots and feels dead could it be defective? Quote
WiregrassRiverRat Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 I would say Powell.. I just did not enjoy my experience with Duckett.. no matter how hard I tried to love it.. I am now using dobyns rods.. champions... they are the business.. but my buddy has some powells and they are killer he has the endurance btw Quote
Megastink Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 Duckett. Better warranty, and a lighter rod. Also, Powells rods are underrated. You would need a 706 for jigs. Duckett all the way! Quote
