YungAngler Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 so it's just started to get cold here in southern NH. I'd like to get out on the water a couple more times before winter, but I've been having such terrible luck lately. should i call it a season, or should I get after it a few more times this weekend? Mainebass1984 Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 You should go for it. I will be fishing the next three days. They tend to be a little deeper now in 15-40 feet along steep drop offs. Jigs, drop shot, blade baits and crankbaits. Quote
YungAngler Posted October 24, 2013 Author Posted October 24, 2013 well i guess i don't need too much arm twisting. I'm gonna dress warm and see if I can catch one last lunker before the season is done for me. will definitlley be using my arsenal of cranks. have yet to land anything on a crank this fall. Quote
Super User Shane J Posted October 24, 2013 Super User Posted October 24, 2013 To fish or not to fish? That is NEVER the question. Always fish! You'll get less bites, but if you find those bigger fish, you can slow it down and catch a hawg right now. 1 Quote
Super User Marty Posted October 24, 2013 Super User Posted October 24, 2013 I agree, go for it. Your chances of catching something big are greater than at most other times. Quote
Nashua Nev Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 If you dont fish you certainly wont catch. go enjoy the outdoors and relax. 1 Quote
