Super User roadwarrior Posted December 13, 2013 Author Super User Posted December 13, 2013 OUCH! The Chargers outplayed the Broncos. Even more surprising was losing at home! 1 Quote
Super User deaknh03 Posted December 13, 2013 Super User Posted December 13, 2013 I had San Diego in my pick 'em leagues on a hunch but i hanged at the last minute.....guess i should have went with my gut on that one. This definitely changed up the top of the race for the AFC with now what, 3 teams could be tied for the top record after this week?? Man I hope my Pats can run the table, get the bye and home field, its their only chance really. Unless Bellichick breaks out the GoPro. 1 Quote

I think it's funny that this years team despite being completely decimated with injuries to key personnel on both sides of the ball, They are actually in such a favorable position. Even as a Rapid Pats fan, everything in me says there's no way they can still pull this off. But a few years ago I thought there was no way they could loose - and you might recall how that turned out. A-Jay Quote
Super User iabass8 Posted December 13, 2013 Super User Posted December 13, 2013 49ers. Don't count us out just yet.... I agree. With crabtree and manningham finally back to give kap some WR's other than bolden, the 49ers are gonna be a tough nut to crack....if they can get in. Quote

A-Jay Maybe it has something to do with your "slightly above average" coach and a "slightly above average" quarterback. 2 Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted December 14, 2013 Super User Posted December 14, 2013 Maybe it has something to do with your "slightly above average" coach and a "slightly above average" quarterback. I'll give you that one Kent and I'll admit Pats fans should be spoiled. If they are not now, they will be when they both step away from the game. The crazy thing about this season is just how BAD this team looks during so many of the first half's of games only to play like world beaters and come back to win in the second half. Even the most die-hard fans know - this Can Not continue - yet it does A-Jay Quote
aceman387 Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 Were getting cutler back tomorrow as the starting quarterback so there goes any chance we had at making the super bowl Quote
Super User tomustang Posted December 15, 2013 Super User Posted December 15, 2013 Figures, I watch my birds and they lose Come on packers! (for this game) Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted December 15, 2013 Author Super User Posted December 15, 2013 Surprising upsets this week. Quote
Super User flyfisher Posted December 15, 2013 Super User Posted December 15, 2013 Figures, I watch my birds and they lose Come on packers! (for this game) defense played horrible today and the vikings secondary did a nice job for the most part. I am not sure why they didn't give the ball to McCoy more often because good things happen when he touches the ball. GO PACK!!! doesn't look good though at this point. Quote

Like 8 carries I thinkDam pack, I think it's because I'm watching that one now Quote
Super User flyfisher Posted December 15, 2013 Super User Posted December 15, 2013 yeah 8 carries...doesn't make sense. Not to mention all the stupid penalties but they were right back in it only down by 5 and then the defense, or lack thereof, let the score...again and again just to be safe. Oh well, now it is time to think about the bears.... Quote
Super User tomustang Posted December 16, 2013 Super User Posted December 16, 2013 Love it when romo throws picks lol Quote
Super User flyfisher Posted December 16, 2013 Super User Posted December 16, 2013 Love it when romo throws picks lol the only thing better is watching Eli throw one, well maybe they are tied..... Quote
Super User tomustang Posted December 16, 2013 Super User Posted December 16, 2013 Another pick! way to get go romo!! ...Blind refs, clearly a interception Quote
Super User tomustang Posted December 16, 2013 Super User Posted December 16, 2013 Bryant pouted off the field before the end Quote
Super User flyfisher Posted December 16, 2013 Super User Posted December 16, 2013 Makes me even more mad the Eagles blew it today......they could have been playing to wrap up the division next week Quote
5dollarsplash Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 I'd give a small fortune to hear what McCarthy said at halftime. Whole team turned it on for the last 30 min. Hopefully they play the whole 60 the next couple games or I might have to visit a doctor! Lol Quote
Super User flyfisher Posted December 16, 2013 Super User Posted December 16, 2013 I think Rogers will be back next week Quote
Super User iabass8 Posted December 16, 2013 Super User Posted December 16, 2013 That GB game was fun to watch. Even though philly has the leagues worst rated secondary, there's no reason they should be giving up these points to Minn. I agree McCoy should have been a lot more involved than 8 carries but you can't go a while lot /w the run when you're down 2-3 TDs the whole game. Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted December 16, 2013 Super User Posted December 16, 2013 The Pats - B L E W I T . A-Jay Quote
Super User tomustang Posted December 16, 2013 Super User Posted December 16, 2013 The Pats - B L E W I T . A-Jay That's a good thing Quote
Super User rippin-lips Posted December 16, 2013 Super User Posted December 16, 2013 Dallas really blew it. Gave up a 23pt lead to lose by 1. Quote
Super User Oregon Native Posted December 16, 2013 Super User Posted December 16, 2013 Wow..Seattle gave the Giants five interceptions!! Defense was lookin good. Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted December 16, 2013 Author Super User Posted December 16, 2013 Russell Wilson joins Peyton Manning and Dan Marino as the only quarterbacks to throw 50+ touchdowns in their first two seasons. A red hot quarterback and the NFL's #1 defense is a strong combination. I had no dog in the fight, but the Packers - Cowboy game might have been the most exciting game of the weekend...Or maybe it was Dolphins upsetting the Patriots, but that game wasn't televised locally.
