Not really but the way it is snowing like the next ice age is starting it doesn't sound like a bad idea! Our average highs by this time of year are supposed to be in the high 60's and we've barely had a weeks worth of weather like that. I feel like we're being punished for the warm winter last winter  :cry4:

I hear you on that, they're saying there could be snow showers here in NW Arkansas this morning.  It's April 24th for crying out loud, snow showers?  You gotta be kidding!

Darn 70 and 80 degree temperatures. High today a frigid 77*. Man it was 82 yesterday. I even got a tan. :D :D :D

Oh the bass are biting real good right now too. In case you were curious.

Well in spite of the weather, the bass have been biting well here also.  I'm just tired of throwing on the long underwear and standing on the trolling motor pedal all day to keep from getting blown backwards in the wind.  I like bass fishing in shorts and a T-shirt.  But things will warm up here shortly.  Then it will be too hot

Haven't had a problem catching fish, just getting tired of fishing in the snow and having to wear my 100mph suit everytime I go out. I've already caught several in the 4-5 pound range this year plus one over 6 and 2 over 7 so I'm not hurting in that department. Plus I've only caught one fish on topwater so far this year, my buzzbaits are getting anixious waiting in my tackle box to get called up to the big leagues.

Typical spring weather around here.  In the 50's and 60's during the week and the thunderstorms and cold front move in on Friday afternoon.

Yeah it's supposed to rain Friday, but I'm going to get out tomorrow.  Sunny, warm afternoon is in the forecast, it should get the bass active.  I think it will be a good day.

Naw it ain't. Come June when the temps are above 98 and the humidity will be around 80% or higher. I will be paging for this comment. Until then I intend to rub it in.

However once June gets here I should be a nice bronze color.

Got to use my buzz baits on Saturday. Caught 2. One went for 4.2lbs. The other 2.5lbs. It would be nice if I could find some more time to fish right now. Especially with the weather being as nice as it is right now.
