Then id say yeah. I would probablyy go with a medium. But ML should do it too. I dont own a st. Croix, but they make dang good rods. Maybe one of the st croix guys here can give a bit better insight which rod theyd prefer based on using them. But on paper ml or m both sound good.

the ML would be perfect for the jig sizes your are throwing. i throw 3/32-5/16 jig plastics/hair jigs on a 69mlxf xtreme and it handles them perfectly.

Yes, and the 7' length will really help you sling them.  Any lighter, and look for an 8' light power rod, with a bit slower taper.

Yes that would be a great choice. I have the 68mxf Avid that i use for 1/4-3/8oz jigs and its perfect. The ML should work great for the weights you listed.

I have that exact rod, and while 90% of the time it's my dedicated drop shot rod, I will use it to fish small 1/8 and 1/16th oz jigs and it works great for that.
