The order consisted of three packages each of two colors, and two packages each of three different colors. The items were marked as confirmed when I made the payment. However, it turned out that they were out of the two colors of which I wanted three packs of each. The order came today. Along with the six packs I ordered which they had in stock, I received 38 packages of a variety of their products to try out. There was also a nice note from the owner apologizing for the foul up, and hoped I'd like the extra product he shipped as a gift. In addition, when he gets in the items I ordered, he will send them to me. In the end, after ordering 12 packs of plastic, I will have 50. Now that's what I call customer service. Talk about going above and beyond. Quote
