(='_'=) Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 hey. i had been using fluoro on my worm reel, with good results. but, i wanted to try braid, so i got me a spool of 30 lb H2O line.. the only time i used it, it turned white within a day, and, i caught only 2 bass, where i had been catching 10-15 with the same lures on the same lake... can the white coloration have a negative impact on the fishing?? i read about painting it with a sharpie, which is what im going to do next time i go out.... i also thought about using a 12 lb fluoro leader... however, im about to book a fishing trip on a lake with a real possibility of a 9+ bass, and i dont want to risk loosing it because the leader slips or breaks.... Super User Wayne P. Posted October 30, 2012 Super User Posted October 30, 2012 Line color makes a difference if you think it does. If you want to make your line the most visible, color it with a Sharpie. Quote
