Thought it would be cool to share todays experience.

So I have a arsenal of lures, cranks, spinners, inline spinners, worms, plugs etcetcetc. Depending which lake I fish depends what I use just from experience over the years. So today I grab 2 poles and hit my usual local lake with my brother. This lake I always have the best luck with Green Pumpkin and black power bait worms. If they're jumping for dragonflies I'll throw a inline here and there. Anyhow, the other day I grabbed a few spinners from Cabellas I think they are their brand for like $1.99 each. Never really have great luck with them regardless of color. So.

We started with worms he was throwing motor oil and I started with green pumpkin. We caught 2 each in about a hours time I said let me try one of the spinners its 1/4oz size, white and blue mix color. Over the next hour 17 LMB. I have never had such luck on a spinner before. I have a new go to weapon of choice!

Good job on picking what they wanted that day, soon you will figure why it worked. Just remember there are no "magic" lures, think of them as tools, they all have a time and place.

Yea this Spinner Bait rocks! The Bass loved it! What surprised me is all of the spinners I have used over the years I never really had any luck nevermind 17 fish. And they were all good size. :)
