Super User 00 mod Posted October 6, 2012 Super User Posted October 6, 2012 Guided my fishing buddy Paul below Pickwick dam for 3.5 hours yesterday. We ended up with 11 Smallies, 1 lm, and some junk. We drove 4 hours to fish 3.5! But I knew it would be worth it! Here are some of his fish.... His new PB Jeff 1 Quote

tjwhite1 Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 Getting anxious......where can you catch bait below the dam right now? or can you at all?? I have a throw net so since I will be down there for 4 days this weekend I would rather catch the bait then buy$100 dollars worth of minnows if at all possible. Quote
Super User 00 mod Posted October 9, 2012 Author Super User Posted October 9, 2012 Last time up, there was too much current to see any bait. The couple times before that, there was no current and bait balls everywhere(mainly relating to shoreline cover). So my suggestion is to find a time when they aren't running any water and get as many as you can. If not fork over the $$$. Jeff Quote
tjwhite1 Posted October 10, 2012 Posted October 10, 2012 Thanks for the suggestions I'll try to post an update on Friday Quote
