Fat-G Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 I was just looking through my fishing reciepts, and realized the one bag of Yamamoto Flappin' Hogs I've ever bought I got for $1.99. Now at the time I didn't know they were such an amazing trailer, but, they had at least 10 bags in 3 colors! I should have cleaned 'em out! They were my most used colors to! Green Pumpkin, Junebug, and Black/Blue Flake! WOW. Now I'm stuck paying $6.79 for a single stinkin' bag. > Quote

Fat-G Posted November 15, 2009 Author Posted November 15, 2009 I mean, it's not all I use. It's a luxury, really. I mostly use Chigger Craws and Yum Chunks. I just have way more confidence in Flappin' hogs Quote
Jake. Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 Flappin' Hawgs are the best jig trailer I've used. I would've bought every pack they had if I come across that deal. Quote

Super User RoLo Posted November 18, 2009 Super User Posted November 18, 2009 About 3 years back, Brad_Covert used a Yamamoto Flappin Hog for his avatar, but he didn't label the lure. Rarely does a lure grab my attention, but for some reason this plastic bait pulled me in. I told Brad that the plastic trailer in his avatar was mighty provocative-looking, and asked him what it was. Brad said it was a Yamamoto Flappin Hog, and added that the lure had been discontinued. He said that according to rumor though, the Flappin Hog would be reintroduced, and low-&-behold it was. So I guess you're dealing with that age-old marketing syndrome "whatever the traffic will bear" Roger Quote
