but there is a trade off to printing on tissue paper vs. regular paper.
when you print on tissue paper and glue it to foil, the plus side is you get a reflective bait, but the downside is you really lose a lot of detail when you print on the tissue paper
when you print on regular paper and glue it to foil, the plus side is you get much better detail, but the downside is it is not reflective.
i personally prefer printing on printer paper and gluing it to foil tape and applying it to the bait for two reasons:
1: i find regular printer paper is easier to hadle and work with than tissue paper.
2: it gives better detail.
you may be wondering "if regular paper won't be reflective on foil, why put it on foil?"
i put it on foil tape because i have found that when i try to just glue paper straight onto the bait, it does not want to conform to the contours of the bait, and it won't stick right.
when i glue the paper to the foil, the foil will conform to the bait and hold the contours, and the tape is super adhesive.
