Well, so much for it starting Friday.

Biggest difference is the sound. The 2 tap has 2 tungsten rattles in it chamber which creates a deeper, slower "knock", if you will. Just gives the bass something different. Last summer my buddy and I were fishing a pretty shallow flat (5 ft) and were burning Red Eyed Shads above some weeds (milfoil, coon tail). He had the 2 Tap and I had the regular Red Eyed. Both 1/2 oz. I was using bone color and he oyster, or something like that. Pretty similar colors. In an hour stretch he caught 6 bass and I caught 1. Now, who knows if the 2 Tap made a difference, but I was sold! I ended up buying a few but plan on stocking up on a few more colors. Here's an example of how the sounds differ.

Sadly the 2-Tap shads are excluded.

That day was the first time I tried that combo. Was a tough day. Not a lot of action. So I switched it up a bit and got a 5.5 pounder pitching some brush.

So, looking more into this I'm guessing the 7' fishes a little stiffer than the 7'2", bust based on line/lure weight recommendations.

Hey guys. A guy at work is selling a Falcon BuCoo SR Casting Rod 7'2" med heavy/ moderate fast. I've never used a Falcon rod before, but have heard good things about these rods for being at a "cheaper" price point. What can I expect from this particular rod? Cabela's had Advance on sale today. I was gonna pic some up to try but then found some reviews on here where people complained about it feeling stiff and old after a few trips. I take it you haven't had that issue?
