  1. He never took the transom straps off.
  2. He makes very nice jigs, amongst many other lures!
  3. My vote is this bass eats too many carrots.
  4. After a quick Google search I see what you did there! Pretty creative. He’s preparing himself for his trip down south since the water down there is no bueno.
  5. Here’s the true definition of a helicopter parent. We’re at football practice and one of our friends is getting his weekly night flight training in and decided to check in on his son.
  6. Is it possible he’s jerking your chain and sent you a photoshopped bass?
  7. A real committed Bassresource member would’ve live streamed the ceremony on here. ?
  8. A good friend would’ve gotten you a Garmin. ?
  9. Senior year of high school. Around second period we saw teachers looking at the TV’s and we all began to watch. Then we were evacuated to school buses, then those of us that could drive were released to go home. I remember driving through town that evening and seeing lines upon lines of cars waiting for gas. We sat and watched the TV the entire night as a family. I remember that day like it was yesterday! Trying to explain the significance to this traumatic even to our 11 year old son is interesting that’s for sure. It’s like Pearl Harbor, if you didn’t experience it you won’t fully understand the impact that certain day had. Interesting story, one of our family friends is a medivac pilot for the Army National Guard, and has done a few tours. He said most of the guys under him weren’t even born when 9/11 took place. Crazy to think up until recently these guys could be called into action over there and most weren’t alive for the reason they’re being called to duty.
  10. Now just pay the African prince $25mil to release them and you’ll get your 110’s and your $25 mil back.
  11. The fish of 10,000 casts..... just go swimming.
  12. I kind of like it. The gigantic touch screen seems a little over the top though.
  13. That little Boston Whaler sure can handle that inlet that’s for sure! They sure have developed quite the following.
  14. With a wheelbase of 300 inches I think I could do it. ?
  15. In the water! ?
  16. Michigan welcome committee
  17. Are you on Lake Michigan? If you are there’s supposed to be some nasty stuff blowing in today.
  18. This is what I’m trying to get my son to do when he gets to the age. Around here it’s about $12k and 18 months of schooling and he’d be making $100k plus a year with pretty good benefits and retirement. I don’t want him to ride the struggle bus like I did for the first 15 years or so of my adult life.
  19. Yup! It’s been since I believe July 4th weekend that my boat has been out, and now that my sons football has started and our house is for sale which means moving I’m pretty sure I’m done for the year.
  20. I don’t think he’s too young. The indoor arenas are loud but get him a set of ear muffs and he’ll be good. I even work ear plugs. If it’s the triple threat series they have quads and side by sides they race too, so there’s plenty to keep his attention. Just make sure you get ear muffs and not ear plugs that way you know his ears are good and he won’t be scared of the noise. Grandpa will enjoy the show too!
  21. Right. I guess the point I was trying to convey was the fish can see the nets and aren’t spooked by them and get close enough to get themselves caught in them.
  22. Here’s my theory, Gill nets have been used for hundreds of years. If the fish were spooked by things like this they wouldn’t still be used today.
  23. At 20 gallons to the mile and $16 per gallon (let that sink in) the fuel economy isn’t the best but I think she’ll pull the boat just fine!
  24. Outgrown the place and cashing out. Mrs. 12poundbass dog grooming business could triple or quadruple if people would come to her which they said they will. Plus the G3 needs a bedroom!
