Somebody had one of these at the last fishing flea market show for $10. Wished I would have bought it after I got home. As for buzzbait storage I have an older Falcon bussbait/spinnerbait I use. At most I am carrying 8-10 buzzbait because I never have lost one in 30+years of fishing. If a Tiger Musky gets ahold of a buzzbait it is done though. Allen

Somewhere I read a study that said a tube worked a lot better than a realistic craw in soft plastics. Thinking it was done by Berkeley scientists but can't be 100% sure? What does a bass think a chartreuse spinnerbait is? Those realistic baits are meant more to catch fishermen than fish. Allen

How many were you able to sneak back with you? I know they had a 5" Shad shape worm years ago as I bought some from Ebay. Allen

Guess all the Pre-Rapala ones I had were duds? Had both the brown and green phantom craws and never caught a single fish on them. Tried them for 3 years giving them a fair chance then sold them when they were going for crazy money. Allen

So I found a bunch of GP 1/4oz chatterbait heads that I honestly don't remember buying. Figured I would throw on some smaller blades and skirts to see how it would turn out. I like it but wish the hooks were smaller. Allen

For the life of me I cannot tie anything! Jigs, guides, whatever. Your stuff always looks great so I try again only to realize why I quit in the first place. Allen

Concerning blanks you can buy I find they are hit or miss. Some work great and others are not worth the time you spent painting them. I have some Vision Jr blanks from 2 different places in my garage to paint. One is decent meaning it works but it will never perform like a true MB bait. The others are so terribly weighted I just use them to practice painting. If you want to get into airbrushing lures I recommend a Harbor Freight airbrush compressor ($40) and a Master airbrush from Ebay ($18). Allen

If you are fishing creeks for SM I recommend the Zman TRD Bug. For 2022 it was the best bait for numbers of bass especially SM in the local creeks. Allen

Switched from a 24v to 36v TM, replaced 2x27 series AGM batteries with a single 36v 60A lithium. Between the batteries and chargers I removed 96lbs from the rear of my boat. Moved up from 82lb to 112lb TM. Allen

River SM I have never found a crankbait better than the Bandit. Craw is the best color but shad works very well in size 100 and 200. RC 1.5, Manns Baby 1-, Rebel Wee/Deep Wee R, and Rapala DT6 are the other baits in my top 5 that are easily found. Allen
