I would be willing to put Roy Nelson's cardio up against most HW's in the UFC. Looks can be deceiving. That belly is a tool he can use, just like his fists. I saw it quoted on another site today that they are not in there for a body building contest, it's a fight. The Kimbo fight was a letdown, but I am still happy to see him win (even if it was not impressively.) Houston Alexander dropped the ball on what could have been a very exciting fight. Circling the ring for over two minutes? WTH is that all about? Puss... I was really hoping that Schoonover would have beaten McSweeney. He is another "portly" fellow with pretty good cardio for his body composition.

I have been looking for a bow mount trolling motor for some time now and I came across a brand new saltwater bow mount (the white ones). Is there anything I should be concerned about? What is the difference from freshwater, other than the color and probably better seals? Thanks fellas.

It is the first pistol I bought when I turned 21. I got the 9mm. Many jams have needed clearing through the years. I wouldnt put my life on the line with it, but it's still fun to shoot. Rapid firing seems to be where the problem is.

Jay, first of all, props to you on your endeavor. I am a hard arse most of the time, but have a soft spot for the disabled. I dont have anything to add as far as ideas to help him fish, but I have a feeling that he may not care if he participates in catching the fish at all. Just spending time out on a lake with you may be all the excitement he is looking for. If you can make the fishing rod/reel happen for him, all the better. Dont let time go by just because he isnt able to physically participate. As I said, the mere act of being there with you will likely be one of the best experiences of his life. Nice work.

I dont know about that Scott. Since he has started to focus solely on 155 (except for his GSP beatdown), his cardio and dedication to training have greatly improved. That fight at 170 he definitely looked like the old out-of-shape Penn, but he almost had to in order to make up the size difference w/ GSP. His fights at LW he looked to actually have some muscle definition. Why go to 4 or 5 when you can finish it in 2 or 3? ;D
