  1. Does anyone else find it absolutely hilarious that Long Mike and his arch nemesis, the Bass Resource "Poll", have joined forces in this mission? ;D I guess I'll be there with the West Virginia contingent...
  2. My wife is the photographer. I only really take a camera with me to the lake. She has a site, as well as a Facebook page. http://laurenrhcampbell.shutterfly.com/ I think she's great, but I am somewhat biased...
  3. Well now, since you are throwing the idea around... I will Paypal you money if you have some "unreleased flavors" laying around. Still fighting hard water around here, but the trout plants are starting soon....
  4. Um, they do...
  5. John, I always enjoy your bait posts on here and SBN. You come up with some crazy stuff. Keep it up.
  6. If you are willing to take a roadtrip that attitude would change. I'll fish Champlain. I'll pick Robby up on the way. Let me know when.
  7. I have a brother-in-law that graduated from there. He seemed to really enjoy the place. I dont think I have ever heard a negative about it.
  8. It doesn 't have hinges connecting the sections like the Strike King Sexy Swimmer. Pretty sure Sebile is the only company that makes that style of bait in that size too. That is a large bait, not the 125's people are used to seeing.
  9. I suppose your therapist recommended posting self-depricating photos of you as a youngster? Does kinda look like you...well, in the fat areas anywho. ;D
  10. Please dont take this the wrong way, but why on earth would you buy swimbaits that you dont know what they are? IIRC, you have purchased quite a few things off Ebay before and then come here to ask either A) What they are or What do you guys think of these. Just confusing, that's all...
  11. OK Mike, since I know how scary you really are, I have also been coerced... Signature added.
  12. Too funny. ;D Just don't eat the chicken. ;D Dont forget to check your boat plug EVERY day.
  13. I can't wait until she finds out!!!! I hope she sells it to me for what you tell her you spent on it! ;D
  14. Now he just needs to learn how to use it and buy some baits to throw. ;D
  15. LOL, again and always at 9.98. (Sorry man ;D) My biggest LM with a scale was 6-4, caught on a Mattlures Hardgill around 11am, spring time. Largest without a scale was estimated around 7 and change. Biggest SM is 4-11 (4X), all caught on a jerkbait in April, small pond in Vermont.
  16. Why doesnt that surprise me....LOL You have probably shaken hands with the guy whose great grandfather first cultivated an agave too. Feel free to ship tequila and/or cigars. ;D
  17. I work there p/t. It's legit and yes, it is a good deal.
  18. Dominos.com shows 3 in Kingsport, 1 in Church Hill, 2 in Bristol and 1 in Abingdon. I will give it a try I guess, but as far as the old I would just as soon go to the grocery store and by a Tontino's. The crust was like cardboard and the sauce was glorified ketchup. Reinstated, eh? ;D I like cheap pizza, hence I like Dominoes currently.
  19. That is BS and you know it. I have hair everywhere except the top of my head. : ;D
  20. Pretty sure Rob Faddis (owner/producer) recommends that you spray it on and that you dont use a cloth to apply the product. I believe it allows cloth fibers to adhere to your line while spooling.
  21. My stuff goes to JFrancho. Very nice work, very personable and a great price.
  22. Two things: 1. Keep your fair skin covered from the sunlight (pretend you are a vampire). 2. Do no be offended when people throw water on your head, crotch or possibly your back. They are simply doing this out of courtesy because they believe you are on fire.
  23. That's good. Most of my clarifications come out looking like mud. ;D For the record, I think the policy is bunk. I still like the one I own though.
  24. It still doesn't change the fact that it's your fishing rod. Broken or not. They should send it back. Then have one of your buddies send it in with the Xpediter program. Just clarifying a point for LCM, not my position on the matter.
  25. LCM, I think your initial assumption was correct. From what I read in Roger's post, the Xpeditor program IS off the table once a warranty claim is denied. My interpretation: -I call Loomis about my broken rod. -I am offered the Xpeditor and decline the offer, instead opting to send it in for warranty evaluation. -My warranty claim is denied -I am left with no recourse. I think this is what went on. I may very well be wrong, but that is what I got from it.
