  1. Out this morning and algae was in full bloom. Dropped the visibility down to near zilch. Made it for a hard day fishin’!
  2. These ulterra’s are super sensitive to low voltage. Check out your batteries to make sure they are at their max. Any drop in voltage makes them glitch.
  3. Yep fished zumbra as well with only moderate results. There is the bay that gets choked w weeds to your left as you leave the dock. Have pulled a few out of the slop there.
  4. Just back from a good morning. Rinse and repeat so quoting myself lol. Pattern is intact. Found some in the pads as well. Caught a 20 incher today. Hope you all can get out this weekend while the fishing remains decent.
  5. Caught 12-15 tonight w some size on all. Most were 16-17.5 inches. A good night, finally. Found them by the weed line in 7-10 fow. Weighted senko was the ticket tonight.
  6. Hoping to get some decent fishing in this week w the holiday and all. Anyone w any tips on patterns that have been working? Its been awfully quiet on the board. Bass have been in transition, I believe, making it tough to find them.
  7. Was out this morning on a lake on the far west side of metro. Nearly skunked. Very uncooperative today. Water temp this morn 71.6.
  8. OK Not sure EXACTLY what you meant but that made me laugh nonetheless. ?
  9. Straight into the high 80s and low 90s this weekend will empty out the shallows.
  10. In to them again. Caught 14-15 today. All came on a dark senko. All were caught under or around docks. Largest was 18. Couple 17s and 16s. All were in 4-6 fow. Water temp was 68-69.
  11. Got into them today. They were shallow near weeds. Wanted a dark senko, dead sticked. 8-10 all around 16-18.5. A nice day until the wind took over. Became tough to fish. All were in 2-4 fow. Water temp around 68-70.
  12. Post spawn transition I wonder. Males don’t seem to be on the beds. Big females are nowhere to be found it seems. I hear similar things from others.
  13. Slow report on largie’s. Anyone been out? When there are no reports it might mean people are either not fishing or they’re hard to find?
  14. Fry those are awesome. How big were they? And what did they hit? Nicely done!
  15. Water temp today was 74. Had a pretty good day. All were up very shallow. Landed a 20, 17, a couple 16+’s amongst the 15+ fish today. Chatter bait early in the morning then they wanted a senko in the afternoon. All of them were tight to the shoreline except a few that were roaming. They will be transitioning soon to their summer pattern.
  16. Wow things can change in a hurry. Glad you are ok.
  17. Yeah I’m pretty sure my progressive insurance will cover if I hit an object like that. Think it’s considered an underwater collision or submerged object. Thanks for the info though.
  18. What kind of coverage w Allstate that covers damage like that?
  19. uggghhh...what did you hit w the TM? So you will repair and not replace? Does this mean warranty will cover it?
  20. Anybody been out? Looking to figure out what the bass will be doing this weekend. With this instant summer/dramatic rise in water temps will they be tight to cover?
  21. thanks Glenn...I agree w Dorado on this...probably the most insightful part I will continue to think about.
  22. @ThatOneBigKid ouch. Hope you get back on the water sooner than 3 weeks. Interested to hear what they find etc.
  23. Was out north of the metro. Caught about a dozen. All on a rat-l-trap. 3-5 fow. Nothing of size. Tough bite today. I wonder if the rain cooled things down and pushed them close to cover. Water temp was 53.
  24. Got numbers not size on the north side of tonka today. Lost count after 25. 80% were 15-17 inches. Couldn’t find the females. All were up pretty shallow anywhere from 2-4 fow. A few on a weighted brushhog but majority hit a shallow crankbait. Beautiful day today ahead of the monsoon that’s coming our way. If you are headed out be careful out there. Tight lines boys.
  25. I also had a 7 and now have a 10. You will kick yourself for getting a 5 SI. Spend a little more and also look used? there are some people that just have to have the latest version each year and sell their old stuff.
