So awesome.....the afternoon bite was best....you could just feel it....but we had a long drive home....we may have had twenty pounds for five fish....small chic limit but we happy. The upcoming days if we get stable weather could be amazing. Today is mama's day...going to try golfing...this is where it's a challenge...this cancer just drains ya and you don't feel like you can swing very hard...and the vision thing $#@!....but....fresh air calls and my wife is everything...she is so stressed with all the Krap going on and I'm sure I'm high maintenance. So...today is another adventure....thank you all

Reading all this reminds me of growing up and working on stuff with my dad. Sad part was for me my mom always having my mom giving my dad projects.....never stopped. Hardly ever had time for father son stuff....hard one to please. Sorry....had to vent.

Dentist did amazing.....now after the meds wore off it's a bit sore....tylonal did good...today even better. Just don't like the down time....got to much as it is.

Wow....long day for this ol bird. Left town for Chic with good friend at 6:30....got home at 8:00. So glad body held up...everyday is a mystery. So anxious to go to dentist now.....not. Then cancer doc next day for blood sucking. Amazing day.....started of hot ....then slowed than was amazing. My good friend got an eleven ponder....he was like a little girl....was so awesome...so awesome. So glad it was him instead of myself....truly am. I caught quite a few...nothing over four...but was an awesome day....very windy though. Truly a blessed day and a gift from above. I do have pics but for me to post would be a nightmare for this brain...would love to though

I have pics but ...again....I'm so bad...my brain will not help me post...did post of facebook....:( I did have a tooth pulled couple years ago where the pain meds didn't work because of infection....it was an oh my operation....lots of sweat and tears.

Well.....up early and going fishin. Wife says last night that you have a doc appt tomorrow!!!!$##@! Dang..go to doc on average of twice a week....no other outside travels. With CLL and the brain cancer mama limits me. Been waiting for this trip to Chickamaga for awhile......going....Doc had said do a bucket list....gone. So she's going to call and hope they understand....have made everyone for six months. May everyone's day be blessed

Whew....wow ... yesterdays over. Three teeth went south plus I get a root canal next week. There's nothing quit like tooth aches though....last weeks been tough to eat and Praise God ...eating is one of life's pleasures....ya think.....Thought was going to a one hour tour....three hours...had to re shoot painkillers as process went a little long!! Mama says you still going fishing......YES....another pill and off we went for three hours....so beautiful out. Three good bites....two nice fish and a miss. Chatterbait......whooohoooo......They just pounded it and knocked about three feet of slack in line.....ohhhhhhh. So couldn't get in golf but that's today I think. Mama says don't push it but Doc says ......on a timeline....so what's a person to do! If things feel ok....and the doors open I'm gone....So many things to be thankful for......so many. Tight lines all....may your day be blessed

Well. Did my one hour of chemo yesterday after having my two pills Monday. Mama says I look kind of swelled up but hey....at almost 70 and fighting two kinds of cancer I'm not looking for an GQ appointment!! At noon I have the dentist.....all of a sudden I have two teeth that will hardly let me eat....due to pain....gosh I hope this doesn't get taken away....so glad dentist is getting me in. Wife wants to golf after appt....smiles....will try nine....and lastly a good friend wants to fish for three hours. I believe this could be a full day.....not bucket list stuff....but out of the chair stuff....hoping to get a tug. Diabetics hasn't been bad...shaking is not good from steroids but is manageable if I don't dwell on it. List goes on but as I drink my morning coffee I'm smiling....I'm so thankful God has given me another day of sunshine and a chance to talk to you all. You all have a blessed day.

Wow....with my brain working the way it is now I read these stories and bow my head....maybe we need to just go down to the bank with a bucket of worms and a cobber and reflect.....think simple.

Wish you all the best.....had to take a couple chemo pills last night that instructions said "wash hands after"....hmmmm what am i putting in body!!!! Well....something to give me a few more days,weeks or months....thank full for family and sooo much more....may our good Lord give you all strength and a peace. I've gone from other more active routines to baking cookies to keep some weight on!!! Crazy

Not sure how to describe it but my ol boss took me out for a few hours yesterday. Don't know what to say....sun on the face....wind blowing in what hair have left.....was awesome. Was truly another gift from above...having a cup of joe this morning and reflecting and sharing. Oh...I even got to touch three....two keeps.....was awesome. Maybe....maybe...it will happen again...... All the best
