  1. How long does the odor of the bass stay on your hands? ( Ask your wife how long if you are not sure) I always spray the tackle with something before i throw it to the fish. Might not be needed but it cant hurt. I believe it gives that extra 1/2 second before fish realize it isnt real , that 1/2 second may be just enogh to get the hook set. I BELIEVE if you get gas or something on the lure it will have a negative effect, some will disagree but With that being said wash your hands and if needed wash your lures with something that will remove the gas odor, then spray before using. As far as what spray , i use what ever was on sale when i need to get it. garlic is what i prefer and again i always spray or dunk before throwing them...
  2. Nothing happened a Honey Pot pond this morning. I believe there are fish there , we just did not find them, and they did not find us.
  3. I posted picks of 5 or 6 3ish weeks ago. and a huge pickerel with them. No largemouth for me today only smallmouths behind margarittas. Honey pot pond tomorrow then off to the cape with the wife for a week, No fishing pole, no hockey sticks...
  4. Are they cleaning it more? I was there 3ish weeks ago and did well.
  5. All i did was start throwing the black jittebug along the weeds edges. seems like they were in the lillys and weeds and came out to grab a snack. It starting working right away and i never stopped throwing it. I usually only throw the jittebug in the dark of night but this morning it was on the rod , so i threw it. My intent was to switch to the spook after 1 or 2 casts. and if the spook didnt work go to a weightless rage tail craw and then a 1 -3 ft crankbait that will float when you stop reeling. Usually when its light i am throwing the spook first.

  12. Bow is good for both , lots of islands and lots of rocks to fish. a few lake trout and salmon where it drops to 80+ feet too. There is also a sandbar in the middle of the big part of the lake. comes up to about 12 / 15 feet tough to find if you dont know where it is. ----- except on sat and sun the mornings when there are 4 boats around it.
  13. D = All of the above are possible

  22. Borrow my jon boat. I have an extra 12 ft aluminum jon boat for sale for $250. You are more than welcome to borrow it. When my trailer was hit at the Nashua river last year, it was on the trailer i bought. I never advertised it for sale, it is just sitting there. So the offer is there, borrow it and then bring it back to me. I have 1 paddle that came with it. You will need a cushion and a life jacket. Any one want to buy it they can pick it up in downtown Nashua during the day or Tinker road after work. Same goes for anyone who wants to borrow it. The offer is there , it is just sitting.
