Please, just call me Jack!...LMAO!I had to laugh at that, back when I was a fine young strapling I got my first construction job. I was on a crew who were much older than I and at the time I was power lifting. I lifted during the winter and was getting pretty big. When spring rolled around it was time to shed some layers. A few of the guys used to tease me calling me Jack Lalanne...LOL...I had no ideas what they were talking about, the inter web was just getting underway, what the heck was googling back then!? Flyfisher is dead on about nutrition, I was 2 lbs from obesity before I woke up. I didn't eat much until I got home from work and had a big meal. Kept my body in a catatonic state all the time. Now I eat 5 times a day, protein, fruits, vegetables and select fats. I run and do body weight exercises In Tabata protocol and have lost 27 lbs. I'm about 9 lbs from my goal weight and feel absolutely great. Today I turned 48 and have not been at this weight in 15 years. Google body weight exercises and you'll find a ton of 411 on it and it doesn't break the bank!

I figured the burrito made a straight path thru your body's plumbing system...no need to be paranoid...

LOL...Jar11591, I really didn't mean to though!...LOL When it comes to the playoffs, anyone of the teams that are in it can win. Before they changed the wild card format, look at how many teams that one who went in as wild cards. It depends on who's playing very well going into the season. Timely/clutch hitting, a strong bullpen, good pitching and good game management all go into a championship team. The Tigers were a Closer away last year and to honest, I think the Cards missed a clutch hitter in the championship series. Their pitching was outstanding. Oh, and a little luck doesn't hurt either....

I've been getting bogus emails from peeps/friends who never email me. I would hover my curser over their name only to find out that their name was a cover up for the real recipient. I started sending to my spam folder. I never got these type emails up until a couple of years ago when I joined Facebook. I only say this because the phantom emails came with names who are friends on FB but I do not have them in my email contact list.Another email came in but this was from someone I knew well enough so I didn't bother to hover my curser over it. Just said "Hey John" on the subject line and in the body of the text it said "check this out" and a link. I thought it was for an article bit it turned out to be a porn site. I shut down the site, went to delete the email but the virus froze my computer.

Here's a virus I got in my old computer: Dubbed as ransomware. I got an infected email and opened a link to a website that was hacked, next thing I knew, my computer was completely locked with the above image on my screen. I couldn't do a thing. I had to remove the power cord and battery to shut down. Wouldn't even let me open in safe mode, but I was able to open a safe mode system restore tool. It took quite a while to figure that one out, but it worked. I performed quick scan with Malewarebytes and it found and deleted the Trojan Ransom virus. I'm running a full scan now. I hope you don't get this one so I thought I'd give you a heads up folks!

Looks like a great total body workout. The weighted box steps can be very tough and you're right, your head has to be in it. Last month I incorporated some plyo in my Tabata circuit training exercises and boy, they are challenging. you get a strength and a cardio in one. Good luck bud!
