Nice rig Nitro...BTW, my phone didn't exactly blow-up for even a ride...you cheapskate!
I'm very happy for you Bud, it's been a long time coming. Congrats old friend!!!!
If you think of it, if everyone tagged their topic, wouldn't that make the whole search experience easier? I thought that was the whole idea behind tagging topics?
I could be wrong though.
I understand what you mean, but once you start breaking it down to a forum for each species of fish, wouyldn't you think that the site would get pretty cluttered?
Maybe a different forum for Saltwater Fish and a forum for "Other" Freshwater Fish? IDK, I kind of like it the way it is.
On vacation this week so for today my biggest decisions are:
Take kids for a ride in the bay...throw the football on the beach with my son...have a beer or 2? Hell, lets do all 3!
I can't tell you how many times I would take the rear treble off of a popper and tie on a number 10 or 12 Adams or coachman and target both bass and panfish on a baitcaster on those slow days. Works great!
You got it, sounds like a plan.
A guy I work with has been fishing Lake X and has been struggling there, I may try and hit that with him this fall as well. It'd be great to see you and gramps that day.
I used to love that show. Too bad it had such a short run. I thought he did a great job on that show.
There a pond I've wanted to fish...Have you fished it yet?
As a kid I listened to Molly Hatchet, Kiss, The Cars, Van Halen, Aerosmith, J. Geils, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Outlaws, The Who, AC/DC, Ozzy, 38 Special, Poison, The Stompers, Tesla, Santana, Guns N Roses, Queen, Eagles, Joe Walsh, U2, Bob Seger...I missing some
The tape and dremel method is my preferred way. It's a little slower but sometime you concentrate more going slow to achieve the results you want.
I personally know that the ceiling fan method is a great way to remove guides...
I hope you're right, I would love to see it as a baseball fan, but a 1 game playoff to get "in" is so dicey. I love the new format, but I would much rather have the top spot. The Cards are just that much better IMO.
You never know tho, it's about who gets hot at that time of year!
Is a young man's game. I've been working on 2 different projects in Boston for almost a year. 12 hour days, long commutes home - home only - getting up at 3:15 AM and missing time to fish is coming to an end soon for this almost 50 y/o body. I hate working in the City with a passion.
You land in Boston on your project site and you hit the ground running from the moment you land until you force yourself to go home. Schedules are unrealistic and the inspection process is more cumbersome than ever. Top that off with product coming in from all over the world and the biggest wait for delivery is to get the product through customs.
I'm finished with the project now and got occupancy today. But! I'm not done, I'm still waiting for a small portion of the project that doesn't affect occupancy. It's been my longest lead item and it's coming from ... wait ... Pennsylvania, USA! Are you kidding me?!
Anyway, rant over...anyone want to fish this fall? I've basically missed fishing this whole year and most of last and I can't wait to start enjoying life again.
John
