  1. Nice rig Nitro...BTW, my phone didn't exactly blow-up for even a ride...you cheapskate! I'm very happy for you Bud, it's been a long time coming. Congrats old friend!!!!
  2. Me too...unfortunately folks outside of 495 still thinks he's a cheater, which is sad, really.
  3. Nice to see you fishing again my friend...that the new rig?
  4. I wish I had that snow thrower last winter, I was standing on the bed of my pickup truck when I took that pic and I still couldn't get a good pic.
  5. If you think of it, if everyone tagged their topic, wouldn't that make the whole search experience easier? I thought that was the whole idea behind tagging topics? I could be wrong though.
  6. HMMM...I think you're on to something!
  7. Very sad to hear about this...prayers to the family members are sent
  8. I need to get my snowthrower ready for some of this...
  9. Nice one A-Jay!
  10. Congrats to you! Dragging tubes is a favorite of mine...Try rigging it backwards and let me know how you make out.
  11. I understand what you mean, but once you start breaking it down to a forum for each species of fish, wouyldn't you think that the site would get pretty cluttered? Maybe a different forum for Saltwater Fish and a forum for "Other" Freshwater Fish? IDK, I kind of like it the way it is.
  12. Just got back from vacation and my project is done. I'm ready to fall fish!
  13. Oh Man, I hate that! Better luck next time Bud.
  14. On vacation this week so for today my biggest decisions are: Take kids for a ride in the bay...throw the football on the beach with my son...have a beer or 2? Hell, lets do all 3!
  15. Playing a joke on accounting again, huh? Going all swamp @$$ on em? Little fan under your desk will help move air around.
  16. I can't tell you how many times I would take the rear treble off of a popper and tie on a number 10 or 12 Adams or coachman and target both bass and panfish on a baitcaster on those slow days. Works great!
  17. You got it, sounds like a plan. A guy I work with has been fishing Lake X and has been struggling there, I may try and hit that with him this fall as well. It'd be great to see you and gramps that day.
  18. I used to love that show. Too bad it had such a short run. I thought he did a great job on that show. There a pond I've wanted to fish...Have you fished it yet?
  19. I see smallies do it more so than largemouths...HMMM
  20. As a kid I listened to Molly Hatchet, Kiss, The Cars, Van Halen, Aerosmith, J. Geils, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Outlaws, The Who, AC/DC, Ozzy, 38 Special, Poison, The Stompers, Tesla, Santana, Guns N Roses, Queen, Eagles, Joe Walsh, U2, Bob Seger...I missing some
  21. The tape and dremel method is my preferred way. It's a little slower but sometime you concentrate more going slow to achieve the results you want. I personally know that the ceiling fan method is a great way to remove guides...
  22. I hope you're right, I would love to see it as a baseball fan, but a 1 game playoff to get "in" is so dicey. I love the new format, but I would much rather have the top spot. The Cards are just that much better IMO. You never know tho, it's about who gets hot at that time of year!
  23. I hope so buddy, I'm pretty burnt out right now and will be heading on vacation the week of the 24th with my kids. Thanks a million!
  24. Is a young man's game. I've been working on 2 different projects in Boston for almost a year. 12 hour days, long commutes home - home only - getting up at 3:15 AM and missing time to fish is coming to an end soon for this almost 50 y/o body. I hate working in the City with a passion. You land in Boston on your project site and you hit the ground running from the moment you land until you force yourself to go home. Schedules are unrealistic and the inspection process is more cumbersome than ever. Top that off with product coming in from all over the world and the biggest wait for delivery is to get the product through customs. I'm finished with the project now and got occupancy today. But! I'm not done, I'm still waiting for a small portion of the project that doesn't affect occupancy. It's been my longest lead item and it's coming from ... wait ... Pennsylvania, USA! Are you kidding me?! Anyway, rant over...anyone want to fish this fall? I've basically missed fishing this whole year and most of last and I can't wait to start enjoying life again. John
  25. HEHEHE....Sounds about right Hoot Man...
