  1. Nice fish Paul.
  2. I havent been yet. I just put on the new trolling motor and still waiting on my graph. Impatiently waiting on my graph. LOL
  3. Is there anyone out there that makes a stabilizer for this motor? I'm looking for the attachment that goes on the bracket that keeps the head of the motor from bouncing in heavy waves.
  4. Cave Man is right on this one. The other route is Lure Craft. They have some cheap silicone molds that are not too bad. Those two routes are the cheapest. I do have some chunk trailer molds in silicone I'd like to sell. I'd sell them 2.00 each plus shipping. 2" and 3".
  5. I cant say it any better then that. I use high speeds.
  6. Last year Big O told me about this so I started using the rage craw like that. It works well. Many baits will fish that way and at times produce very well.
  7. I wasnt fond of calhoun when I tried it a few years ago. I use MF now. I heard its changed. Anyway, on the colorant you need to order soft plastic colorant. Bear baits, caney creek, Lure craft all have good stuff. There are others out there that do too.
  8. What are you looking for? I might be able to do this. PM me please.
  9. An update for you guys. I have added many styles and heads on my site in the Bismuth/tin alloy.
  10. Big O also attends the the BR Road Trips when he can. Its a blast. He and a lot of other members were there the whole time I was at last years trip. Great people and a great time. Oh, and we fish too. LOL Good to hear you met him!
  11. I do not use a leader when I fish braid. For me if I was in a situation for leader I'd just fish flouro line.
  12. When I fish a Texas rigged tube I just rig it the same as a worm or creature bait. I always use a widegap hook with a tube also.
  13. They do. I built a few of them just for Lake St Clair.
  14. That is great news! Its great to see you succeed in such a difficult market. I wish you the best in growing and hope your success continues!!!
  15. Its not a great picture but here is one of my latest
  16. Nice Bass! Good Job.
  17. Nice catching!
  18. I like the Poisen or Bullet style heads for the chatterbait type lures. The type of blades I use the vertical eye is what I have to use.
  19. Welcome back!!!!!!! Good to have you aboard again.
  20. LOL, I will await the pictures.
  21. I use a Loomis BSR852 for fishing like how you describe. But seeing your a co-angler this rod may be a little long from the back of the boat.
  22. Vinny brings up a valid point. It could be some in the set up. Most jigs work best with a 7' MH or heavier rod 12lb+ line. Bigger the jig bigger the equipment needed. My favorite jig I build right now is the Big O Brush series. Its a big heavy duty jig that fishes like a light wire jig. The hook penetration on this thing is outstanding. If you have any questions feel free to pm me or email me.
  23. just built these! All Bismuth. One of them is an owner xxx hook .
  24. I have purchased a few of these. I'm hoping to put them in action soon.
