  2. Everyday, anglers everywhere go without scales. Thus creating fish stories, exaggerations, doubtful credibility, and frustration here on Bassresource. With your gift, of only 35 cents per day, we can avoid all of these problems, and break the stereo-types of bass anglers everywhere. 35 cents a day, that is less than your local newspaper, a fraction of your morning coffee, and 1/10th of a gallon of gas. With your gift, you will receive pictures of anglers you have helped, along with their catches, and accurate weights. And possibly a long lasting friend-ship with an angler in need near you. Be a hero, and help fishermen everywhere.......... call now 1-800-THIS IS GETTING REALLY ANNOYING
  3. 4.75 on the heavy side.
  4. I find that as soon as the grass starts going brown the fish come up shallow. But the key is to find the grassbed that dies last, seems like every fish in the lake can move there. Then when that goes the shallow wood and rock piles heat up. My favorite things to fish this time of year are coves or inlets that have feeder creeks or rivers running into them, the bait fish will move as far up them as they can and the bass will follow. And it seems in New England even smallies will move out of the main lake to do this. And as always fish wind. Don't know if it stirs up oxygen, but I do know it makes them stupid.

  7. Right on, there are always bigger fish to be caught somewhere else.
  8. That is one sick dude right there. I have heard of drunk-dialing, but drunk posting? :-/
  9. Talk about the kiss of death. The coach knew it too, he was screaming at them for doing it. I really thought that misse point after was going to come back to get them.
  10. Owned!!!
  11. I know High School should be fun at times. But you get out, look back, and say wow what happened, it hits you. High school is awful at preparing for college and making kids independent, self-motivated, and does nothing but baby you. The kids that were supposed to go places in life and had good rides have since dropped out and now work at the local Mobil station full time. So pay attention to things in class and worry about things like Homecoming second, because once you get out, none of those things matter.
  12. ;D Guy was owing me one after a tourney one day, and it was the drop-shot one. e is showing me the guides and everything, and snap. One didn't recoil back. Kind of a turn off.
  13. Yup, and I use a swivel 3' above so it can ugly.
  14. That is not even a question. Smallies hands down.
  15. You bring pride to the Goodfella name. 8-)
  16. Gander Mountain just had them on sale. The one I was near in NY had them for $99.99.
  17. I want an extra so if it's windy and I'm getting blown off a spot and have to break off I can just grab my other one, or I will have them set up with differen lenth leaders/weights. I always have more than one of whatever is working best. If I have a good jig bite going, I will go out with 4 MH rods with jigs tied on. Maybe the trailers will differ or the weight. But I just hate to have to re-tie things. I like to be able to just put the rod downd grab another.
  18. Might have some issues with the co-poly but braid is easy to skip with. I crank up the magnets all the way and leave the spool tension so the bait falls very slowly.
  19. I can only think of two things right now.... The Thong Song And Sir Mix-A-Lot
  20. Don't know, but it looks like you need some fiber in your diet.
  21. I don't even own one.
  22. Yes Bizzle Timberlake.
