  1. Well I misread it, you're right I'm wrong.
  2. So what did she hit???
  3. Glad to hear you got $1500 worth of goodies, what about all the other guys? I'm sure there were some guys that got nothing, not everyone is special like you. And sponsor, goodie bags? Nice to see you would rather take jigheads, Red Eye Shads, Rage Tais, and King King swimbaits over principle. Finally, the pathetic I was referring to was people who are so easily amused with "goodie bags" than the bigger issue. Read inbetween the lines and see what this corporation is doing. And give your child or grandchild whatever they want if it makes them happy. Hell I have some autographed stuff lying arond, what's your address? And I don't have a big issue with letting the pro's fishing without amatuers, it is better for them. But don't take away a great program for the amatuers then charge them money to not fish and do a job you would have to pay someone else to do. It is just not right.
  4. Fish it all until you catch a fish and can get a pattern going. There are some days you will only get fish at the base towards the shore, and others you will only get them if you pitch the the jig over the trunk, hit a chipmunk on the tree, twirl around 3 times, say a Hail Mary, then they will hit it as they the jig is falling. Time on the h2o
  5. That Winni special (chart/chart/chart) works just about everywhere in New England. If you have clear water, and a little bit of wind or cloud cover, throw it.
  6. Please, I could do much better than Paul. :
  7. Tell him to sign up on BR and post his side of the story.. ;D
  8. ROFLMAO!!!! "Raymond is tired of stupid people" This is too funny. In his profile pic, if that fish is 16 pounds, then his nipples are HUGE!
  9. Mmmmm, Mother Hookem is too kinky for my likes.

They look sexy but what is the deal with the diving depth. I generally fish jerkbaits in water less than 8' and like them to run about a foot or so under the surface for smallies and largies. How deep do they dive and what kind of action should I expect? I have used Lucky Crafts, Rapalas and tons of others, but nothing quite works like a Smithwick for some reason. I like the action of the others and they catch fish, but not like the Smithwick;s.
  11. And I think there are a lot more pics like that. Have had some great days in the Freebie... 8-)
  12. His fish catching almost maked up for his need for Hooked on Phonics, I can no read a his myspace page. And he is either full of it and knew what he was doing, or was too stupid to realize the truth. This just ticks me off. Where are the photoshop guys?
  13. Yup, I'm your father. Nice one Ghoti.

I think Tin would be more interested in Nickelodean. No I get more amusement out of seeing big fish like the one in your avatar than any cartoon. And Ghoti I love the History Channel, but they repeat all their stuff. So whatever is on in the morning will be on again at around 1 or 2pm. Don't know if it just how our cable company does things or what. But if I watch the History channel from 9-noon, there is no point in watching it in the afternoon. I shouldn't have gotten so far ahead on my school stuff. :
  15. Who cares about the "Marshall Gear"? If you wear it around anyone who is up to date on BASS will just make fun of you for being a sucker and going along with this bs. It's kind of like going to a country fair, paying $3 to throw a dart at balloons, winning, and getting a 35 cent stuffed animal. And sponsor goodie bags..... You mean hats, t-shirts, stickers, and all little promo junk that will end up thrown away or in the bottom of your boat for years? And not only are you paying $100 to enforce the rules. You will also be being a scorekeeper by sending info back to the headquarters. Not too mention you will be operating a camera at times for the people back on bassmaster.com to watch. So you are paying $100, so you can be a referee, score keeper, and camera man. Am I the only one he sees this as a screwed up system? And Fly where are you seeing "dining" with the pro's? Not on the website. From all my experience the only dining they ever have is at the Classics. Besides that they are always on their own. Unless of course you mean throwing a sandwich and some chips down on the boat. And the whole attending "social functions", that most likely means registration and such. Don't think you are going to go to private parties and such like BASS is hinting at. Some people just bleed blue and yellow and are brainwashed. Some of the people who are sticking up for BASS in this thread also tried justifying why BASS got rid of having the kids fish with the pro's at their world championship. Even though this goes against just about everything Ray Scott was ever for. I can see why BASS is doing this and now realize that they will have a great bunch of people just waiting to sign up, it's just plain pathetic. ;D :-X
  16. Them two along with Alton Jones just annoy me. Great for Booyah and their other sponsors, but when you say afterwards how you caught your fish using a Booyah Jig, and it clearly wasn't when you showed the camera guy the fish with the jig in its mouth. It hits me the wrong way. It's almost as annoying as when they put fish on the scales and they wont settle down so Keith Alan makes the quote "You can see those Triton/Skeeter livewells working good".
  17. I didn't mind it saw it's purpose. I know my little brother would like one because he is just getting started with casting gear. What turned me away from it was Tim Horton and Edwin Evers saying how they use it and saying how they will be practicing with it before the Classic. :
  18. LMAO, who changed that?!?!?! OWNED!!!

Between that and the cougar clay work, you are hitting a new low.

    HBO

Well I have pretty much been in bed watching TV for the past 5 days, and I can't deal with HBO anymore. Seven channels, and nothing but either Ocean's Thirteen (on 4 times today, atleast a dozen times in the past 5 days), Footloose, Forrest Gump(on 3 times today), and Blood Diamond(twice). I did like most of these movies before having to see them on non-stop. There are tens of thousands of movies, why must they reply the same 3 or 4 movies non stop. For example, Sweeney Todd was just on HBO at 8, then HBO West from 11-1am, now it is on HBO again from 12-2. And if it isn't one of these same newer movies it is the same 1980's stuff over and over and over..... that's where Footloose comes in, and Top Gun, Die Hard, or Fast Times at Ridgemont High. (Ok Team Depends, you may begin with the "Back in my day there were only 3 channels and they were in black and white"...)
  21. Yup, they went from fishing with the Pro's to fishing with Youth Director's. Not the Federation National Competitor's. : :-X
  22. WOW Didn't think the Wise-Guy Burial Ground had that size fish.
  23. Reel Mech is reproducing, run for the hills....
  24. Welcome Where abouts in CT? I live on the RI/CT line and fish a lot of the eastern CT lakes (Pachaug, Beach, Amos, Glasgo) and have family up near Twin and Highland Lakes in the the hills.
  25. Too bad Dudley wasn't still with BASS. I'm sure you could make a lot more than $100 on his SML spots... ;D
