Super User OkobojiEagle Posted November 7, 2014 Super User Posted November 7, 2014 I'm curious what the age is of the board's youngest member that routinely uses a Tennessee handle rod? oe Quote
Super User J Francho Posted November 7, 2014 Super User Posted November 7, 2014 42, but I don't use it for bass fishing. Bottom right of the image. I just use electrical tape to attach the reel. 2 Quote

DaveT63 Posted November 8, 2014 Posted November 8, 2014 Not to hijack a thread, but what is the point of a Tennessee handle anyway? Quote
Super User S Hovanec Posted November 8, 2014 Super User Posted November 8, 2014 Not to hijack a thread, but what is the point of a Tennessee handle anyway? For me, its the ability to have a grip with a larger OD than is available with normal reel seats. For others, it allows them to place the reel where they want to achieve the balance they prefer.
